Hey everyone I thought I would share this thread, since the windows 10 anniversary update I have been getting half FPS than my screen refresh rate (144hz) in alot of games!
Luckily I found a fix online on reddit and i thought would be a good fix for anyone in the commuity. if you are getting the half FPS problem in windows, copy the code below and save it to a .bat file
and then run it as administrator, this disables the windows 10 Xbox DVR which is causing this issue
